Bridget is a successful, forward-thinking, and people-oriented senior business leader, with more than 20 years’ experience working with international markets. She thrives on building robust and sustainable businesses, crafting ambitious plans, and delivering on these with high-performing and engaged teams.
As the Chief Operations Officer of Medella Health, Bridget is entrusted with the seamless realization of Medella Health’s mission to empower individuals globally to proactively manage their health and well-being through accessible integrated health management solutions.
Always customer-centric, Bridget builds long and enduring relationships with stakeholders, championing operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Steve Canning, Operations and Customer Service Manager & Co-Founder
With 28 years of dedicated service in the New Zealand Police force, Steve experienced firsthand the immense stresses and strains of a high-intensity work environment. Driven by a strong belief in the system’s ethos and technology, Steve teamed up with Desiree and since bringing her vision to life, he – and his former colleagues – have experienced the positive effects of Flowpresso.

Rose Southwell, Marketing Manager
Rose is a passionate, results-driven marketing and sales operations leader with over 15 years of experience spanning healthcare, energy, and consumer sectors across the USA and New Zealand. She is driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives and has built her career in industries where meaningful work and commercial outcomes go hand in hand.
As Marketing Manager at Medella Health, Rose is focused on connecting practitioners with the tools and knowledge they need to deliver transformative outcomes for their patients. She brings a deep understanding of the US healthcare practitioner landscape, shaped by years of hands-on experience in medical marketing and business development.
Rose takes a pragmatic, revenue-first approach to marketing combining strategic thinking with sleeves-rolled-up execution across digital, content, and B2B lead generation. She is committed to expanding the reach of Flowpresso to practitioners who are seeking better outcomes for their patients and sustainable growth in their own practice.
Max De Spong, Sales Administrator
Max, Flowpresso’s Sales Administrator, brings together strong administrative expertise, technical capability, and a customer-focused approach. From a young age, his interest in technology and problem-solving sparked a passion for finding efficient solutions and improving everyday processes.
Following high school, Max built valuable experience in the hospitality industry, where he developed exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills. This background reinforced the importance of attention to detail, relationship management, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Qualities that continue to define his work today.
At Flowpresso, Max plays a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business. He manages customer enquiries, coordinates sales processes, maintains accurate records and reporting, and assists with inventory and order management. In addition, his technical expertise enables him to support our digital systems, streamline workflows, and help drive operational efficiency across the organization. His contributions are instrumental in supporting both our team and our growing network of Flowpresso partners.
Freddie Kimmel, Flowpresso Representative
An expert in the field of wellness technology, Freddie is a highly sought-after speaker, podcaster, and educator. Certified in Functional Health, Biological Medicine, and International Sports Science, he’s featured in prestigious publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and the upcoming Amazon Prime Documentary: Biohack Yourself. Being a proud survivor of metastatic cancer, Lyme, and toxic mold has given Freddie a unique perspective on the power of the human spirit, and how to live a healthier, happier life.
Freddie is passionate about the role Flowpresso can play in helping people reset and activate their body’s natural healing mechanisms. In his role, he takes Flowpresso to the world – educating people on the importance of the lymphatic system as well as the transformative care that Flowpresso offers.
Before dedicating his life to wellness, Freddie was a talented performer, having toured across the country in Broadway productions of Phantom of the Opera, Billy Elliot, and Cagney the Musical. With a deep understanding of the healing power of music, he continues to sing every day!
Nick Mossotti, Flowpresso Representative
Nick is a dynamic sales leader with a strong background in medical devices and wellness technology. As the former owner of America’s Pain Relief & Medical Spa, he brings firsthand insight into what it takes to build and grow a successful wellness business.
He has introduced advanced technologies across chiropractic, pain management, aesthetics, and holistic health markets, always with a consultative, education-first approach. Nick is passionate about helping providers enhance patient outcomes while developing profitable, sustainable service offerings.
With experience spanning product demonstrations, clinical training, and long-term practice support, Nick understands the full journey of technology integration. He works closely with healthcare providers to bring cutting-edge lymphatic therapy into their practices—making a lasting impact on both clinic operations and patient care. He’s excited to bring that experience to the Medella Health team, contributing to a shared mission of expanding access to innovative, whole-body wellness solutions.
Dr Michele Nelson, Training Manager
Known as “The Lymph Guru”, Michele is a renowned naturopath, lymphatic specialist and fitness enthusiast. A former professional musician, Michele transitioned into healthcare when her husband developed an esophagus condition, prompting them to seek effective solutions together. Through this journey, she discovered the crucial role of treating the body from its foundation,. This led to her specialize in lymphatics, which she affectionately calls the “river of life”.
As a teacher, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker for more than 20 years, Michelle dedicates her life to helping individuals understand the power of a healthy lymphatic system. With more than a decade of clinical experience, Michele recognizes the challenges faced by practitioners and the benefits that Flowpresso can bring to both clinics and their clients. Her extensive expertise makes her the ideal leader for our practitioner training program.
