Marketing Flowpresso to your Clients

Welcome to the Flowpresso® Family

We’re excited to be on this journey with you as you grow your practice.

The clinics that see the strongest return treat the arrival of Flowpresso as a proper introduction, not just an announcement.

A new machine in a treatment room doesn’t sell itself — a team and/or practitioner who can explain it clearly, has a package ready, and tells people why they brought it in, does.

We’ve put together a few tips on how to market your Flowpresso and some links to resources to get you started. Use what fits your practice and ignore what doesn’t, but be sure to make it sound like you. Your clients already know and trust you, and your personal recommendation will always be more powerful than a description of the technology.

Where to Find Your Resources

Your first stop is the Flowpresso Resource Centre on Thinkific.com.

Everything there is ready to download and use in your practice — you do not need to design anything from scratch to get started.

Five caption ideas to get you started

  1. “Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement.”

  2. “Most people fall asleep. That’s not a side effect — that’s the point.”

  3. “[ X Number] Founding Member spots left. Here’s what’s included.”

  4. “Heaviness, puffiness, that end-of-day swollen feeling. We can help!”

Packaging Flowpresso

This is the most important pricing decision you will make.

We recommend selling Flowpresso in a series, not as a single session.

One session is pleasant. A series is where clients notice a change, build it into their routine, and become repeat bookings. Discount the bundle, never the individual session — protect your single-session price so the bundle has something to be worth.

Package Structure Why it works
Founding Member Launch-only bundle, capped at a set number Creates urgency and a founding base of regulars. Your strongest opening move.
Series of 6 Six sessions at a per-session saving, valid 3 months Your core seller. Six is enough for most people to notice a pattern in how they feel.
Series of 12 Twelve sessions, valid 6 months, best rate For committed clients. Improves cash flow and locks in loyalty.
Monthly Membership 2–4 sessions per month, recurring payment Predictable revenue and a predictable diary. The best long-term structure.
Stacked / Combination Flowpresso paired with a service you already offer Introduces Flowpresso to existing clients without asking them to try something entirely new.
Gift Cards Single session or series, sold year-round New clients you didn't have to find yourself.

A Real Life Example

Built for a US clinic that already offered colon hydrotherapy. The numbers are illustrative — the structure is what to copy

Founding Member Package

2 × Colon Hydrotherapy sessions + 6 × Flowpresso sessions

Retail value $1,010 — Founding Member price $699

Limited to the first 22 Founding Members = this would equate to $15,378 in package revenue

  • The cap does the work. “Limited time” is ignorable; “22 spots, 9 left” is not.

  • The bundle anchors the value. Clients compare $699 to $1,010, not to the clinic down the road.

  • Pairing with an existing service means selling to people who already trust you and have a card on file.

  • Set an expiry on every package, take payment upfront, and rebook before they leave.

Promotional Ideas

Rather than simply announcing a new service, introduce Flowpresso through a limited Founding Member Program. An announcement asks people to notice. A Founding Member Program asks them to decide — and gives them a reason to decide now. This is the one approach we would recommend to every new owner.

  1. Build the package. Bundle Flowpresso with a service you already offer, at a genuine saving.

  2. Set a hard cap. Twenty to twenty-five is the sweet spot: enough revenue to matter, small enough to be credible.

  3. Offer it to your existing client list first, before any public promotion. This is a privilege, not a sale.

  4. Run the three-email campaign in the Appendix, and mirror the same messaging on social.

  5. Count down publicly. Post the number of remaining spots. It is honest, and it works.

  6. Close it properly. When the cap is reached, say so, thank the members, and move to standard packages.

Six more campaign ideas

  • Open House / Demo Day — 15-minute taster sessions, booked in advance. People who have felt the suit convert at a completely different rate to people who have only read about it.

  • Referral partner sessions — complimentary full sessions for local physios, chiropractors, trainers and massage therapists. They cannot refer confidently to something they have not experienced. This is a marketing spend, not a giveaway.

  • Team familiarisation — every staff member, including reception, has a full session before you launch. The person booking appointments is the one most often asked what it is like.

Pro tip – Film and use these staff sessions to create content for your social media.

  • Client reactivation — a genuinely new service is the best possible reason to contact (email. text, call) clients you have not seen in six to twelve months, and it does not read as a chase.

  • Bring a friend — package holders bring one friend at a reduced first-session rate. Your best clients become your sales team.

  • Local partnerships — gyms, run clubs, yoga and pilates studios, sports teams and local employers. Recovery is an easy conversation with people who already train.

How to Introduce Flowpresso to Potential Customers

The most common mistake is leading with the machine. Clients do not book a machine, they book relief from something, or a feeling they want more of. Lead with them, then bring in Flowpresso as the answer.

The 30-second pitch

Everyone in your clinic should be able to say something close to this without thinking about it:

“It’s a full-body suit that combines three things — gentle compression, warmth, and deep pressure. The compression works to support drainage of your lymphatic system, the warmth helps you relax, and the deep pressure does something similar to a weighted blanket. Most people describe it as a hug for the whole body. It takes about an hour, you stay fully clothed, and a lot of people fall asleep.”

What to Listen for in the Consult

You are not selling — you are listening.

Ask: “How are you sleeping at the moment?” ·

“How do your legs and feet feel at the end of a long day?”

“When did you last properly switch off?”

When you hear a yes, heaviness, poor sleep, running on empty — bridge to it:

“That’s actually one of the reasons I brought Flowpresso into the practice. Would you like me to show you?” Then walk them into the room. The suit does most of the persuading.

Then be specific. “I have a spot on Thursday at 2 — shall I hold it for you?”

Objection Handling

They say You say
"It's expensive." Reframe to the per-session cost inside the package. "It works out at $X a session — about the same as a massage, and you get the compression and the heat as well."
"I don't have time." "It's a 40 minute session, you stay fully clothed, and you don't need to do anything. Most people treat it as the one time in the week nobody can reach them."
"Is it safe? Does it hurt?" Straightforward and confident: a professionally manufactured FDA Class II Medical device used in clinics worldwide, you are trained on it, and you screen every client beforehand. It is firm rather than painful, and they stay in control.
"What does it actually do?" Do not over-explain. Give the 30-second version, then offer the room. Curiosity is better satisfied by experiencing the suit than by a longer answer.

Clients Who May Be Good Candidates

Flowpresso is best positioned as a supportive adjunct within your existing care — not a standalone treatment and not a cure for anything. The “You may hear” column is what clients are actually say in the room; those phrases are your cue. The “How to frame it” column keeps your language in line with solving their problem.

Group You may hear How to frame it
Athletes and active people "I'm sore for days now." Recovery routine, circulation and rest between training blocks.
People under sustained stress "I can't switch off." "I'm exhausted but I can't sleep." Deep rest and the "rest and digest" state. Lead with how it feels, not the mechanism.
Lymphatic health and fluid movement "My legs feel heavy." "I'm puffy by the end of the day." Supporting lymphatic flow and fluid movement. Your most natural and easiest conversation.
Stiffness and general inflammation "Everything feels tight." Comfort, mobility and warmth. Avoid implying treatment of any specific condition.
Recovery and post-operative "I'm still swollen." "I want to do something gentle." Only with their treating clinician's clearance. Gentle, non-exertive support alongside existing care.
Poor sleep or feeling "wired" "I wake up at 3am every night." Relaxation and unwinding. Many clients fall asleep during the session — an easy, honest story to tell.
Broader lifestyle changes "I want to feel better in my body." A complement to the changes they are already making.

Explaining Flowpresso

The copy in this section is yours to use. Feel free to lift it into your website, emails or social captions, and adjust it to sound like your practice.

Experience Next-Level of Lymphatic Care with Flowpresso

Flowpresso combines gentle compression and soothing warmth to help your body reset, recharge and restore balance.

This innovative therapy supports lymphatic flow, promotes relaxation, and encourages the body’s natural restorative processes.

Developed by healthcare professionals and used in clinics worldwide, Flowpresso offers a comfortable, non-invasive way to feel lighter, calmer and more in tune with your body.

The three therapies

  • Compression. Gentle, rhythmic compression helps stimulate lymphatic flow. This wave-like pressure encourages the movement of lymph fluid, helping to ease sensations of heaviness or bloating. Clients often describe it as a “hug for the body”.
  • Heat. Each section of the suit can be gently warmed to promote circulation and muscle relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system and relieve tension throughout the session.
  • Deep pressure. Consistent, comforting pressure encourages the body to shift into relaxation. Similar to a weighted blanket, deep pressure supports parasympathetic activation — the “rest and digest” response.

The benefits

  • Supports lymphatic flow
  • Reduces tension and stress
  • Enhances circulation and recovery
  • Promotes restful sleep
  • Reduces the feeling of fluid retention and bloating
  • Encourages autonomic regulation
  • Pain Management
  • Improved Movement
  • Weight Loss
  • Non-Invasive
  • Safe
  • FDA Class II Medical Clearance

Flowpresso® is a cutting-edge, non-invasive lymphatic drainage suit with FDA Class II Medical Device clearance designed to support the body’s natural healing processes through the delivery of a three-in-one treatment of deep pressure stimulation, heat, and compression.

What a session feels like

The part clients ask about most, and the part most clinics forget to explain. Answering it in advance removes the hesitation that stops people booking.

Stage What to expect
Upon Arrival A short consultation and screening. Your client stays fully clothed — comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. Advise the client to wear pants.
Settling in They lie down and the suit is fitted around the legs, abdomen and arms. Nothing is tight yet.
During the experience The suit begins its wave-like compression cycle and the warmth builds gradually. Firm, rhythmic and comfortable — never painful. Many clients fall asleep.
End of the session The suit deflates and the client rests for a few minutes. Most people describe feeling lighter, warm and very relaxed.
Afterwards Encourage water, and suggest keeping the rest of the day gentle where possible. Rebook before they leave.
