What is Flow Orb and how does it work?
Flow Orb, a state-of-the-art Vibration & Oscillating Massage Ball. Designed to deliver precision for massage therapy, fascia release, lymphatic flow enhancement, and targeting acupuncture points.
How do I use Flow Orb?
There are three separate modes: 1. Vibration 2. Oscillation and 3. Pulse. Depending on where you want to use the Flow Orb, depends on which Mode you would use. Vibration is usually used for lymphatic drainage and the other two modes for Fascia or pressure points.
Can Flow Orb help with muscle relaxation and recovery?
Using a combination of vibration and oscillation allows the body to let go of its tension and muscle discomfort. The release of this tension improves circulation and lymphatic drainage allowing for increased recovery and relaxation in the muscle groups effected.
